How to access and apply our formatting colors

  1. Using global highlights as an example, click on the row edit cog icon to access the row edit menu that contains options for global highlights

2. You can click on any of the first 9 “base” colors, or click on the arrow to the right of the purple circle to access the new shades

As always, you can also use the Shift + CMD + G (Shift + CTRL + G on Windows) to cycle through the base colors for quickly adding new global highlights.
